Founded in 2020 by LaKeshia Taylor, The Posh Frog Boutique was created to promote comfort and style for everyone.  Our founder wanted to provide our customers the opportunity to dress in quality clothing and feel comfortable.

OUR FOUNDER

At the helm of The Posh Frog Boutique is Owner LaKeshia Taylor. In her role, LaKeshia strategically prioritizes business objectives, community outreach, merchandising, capturing market share, product research and analytics. 

​

LaKeshia attended Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA. She earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and holds a number of industry certifications. She has also completed Graduate course work in Business Administration at the E.J. Ourso college of Business at Louisiana State University. She has been a Mechanical Engineer for the last 15 years, working in the Refining and Chemical industries. She is a Reliability Engineering Specialist for an Engineering consulting firm and loves solving problems and offering solutions to clients.

LaKeshia is happily married to Rhasean Taylor and they have two amazing kids, Rhasean Jr. and Zoey. Her love for ensuring others feel their best has been one of her greatest characteristics. She enjoys attending church, traveling to exotic places with her family and scuba diving with her husband.

Most importantly, she understands the need to represent a company who not only provides apparel to the gym enthusiasts, but also being able to support those who are just trying to get it together. She has struggled with weight her entire life and wanted to create a company that promotes positive self-esteem while trying to do your best.

I'm not a size small and never will be. I've learned how to love myself no matter what size I am. I LOVE Louisiana food and my husband is an excellent cook so you can imagine my struggle. I know that my weight fluctuates all the time and sometimes the only way I can get to the gym or be excited about working out at home is by looking good and feeling good in cute gym clothes. I created my company to give others that same excitement. Now my customers can purchase apparel from The Posh Frog and feel their best just like I do."
