Shipping on all orders over $50 is free!*
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount. This amount is calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. Rates are listed below:
*Orders over $50 are shipped to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands for FREE. Items under $75 will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Please allow 4-7 business days for shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and 7-10 business days for items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Items are shipped to the 48 contiguous United States and will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
Please note, all delivery times are based on average transit time. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPOs may experience longer delivery times (up to 60 days) due to carrier to location of station. Currently, expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPOs or P.O. Box locations.
All customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped.
The Posh Frog Boutique wants nothing more than to satisfy our customers and strive for an awesome shopping experience with outstanding customer service. If there is any reason you are not happy with your order, we will accept your returns and exchanges from the US, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands within 10 days from the date of shipment in new, unused condition with original packaging. We do not offer exchanges on sports bras.
Exchanges outside of the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are not available and orders can only be returned. Some items that are purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore are not deemed eligible for returns or exchanges.
All accessories must be returned with all pieces included in original sale and must be unused and in new condition. All apparel must be returned with tags still attached, unused and in new condition.
In the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands we offer 2 easy options: (1) exchange for another item for free, or (2) return for a refund*.
*Refunds will only be granted for faulty items. We aim to please our customers and quality assurance is extremely important to us. In the event you receive a faulty item, you will not be responsible for the shipping costs associated with your return. Once we receive your returned items, we will refund the cost associated with your items. Refunds will be credited to the original method of purchase and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address on file. Please note, depending on your banking institution, credits to your account can take up to 10 days to appear in your account.
