We can only accept The Posh Frog Boutique coupons. Only one coupon can be accepted per order. For questions or to request help with utilizing store coupons, please contact us at theposhfrogboutique@gmail.com

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at theposhfrogboutique@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

The Posh Frog Boutique offers free contactless delivery only for customers in Prairieville, Louisiana. Contactless delivery is offered due to the Covid-19 pandemic in order to help keep our customers and members of our team safe. Please understand, there will be no contact with our delivery team. 

 

Contactless delivery can be selected at checkout and is offered Monday-Friday.  If this delivery option is selected, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days between the hours of 11am - 4pm. Please wait for notification before the expecting your order. We will notify you with the details of your delivery by text message and/or email prior to the delivery.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid address, email and phone number so that the order is delivered successfully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

*Please Note: Orders are not available for pick-up.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number confirms delivery of your package, but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be reported to USPS.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER?

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns and sizes may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
